Lyrics - Storyteller

This is a song that was put together by me..........however.......the words come from a few Marty Casey fans. The idea was put forth to give music back to Marty in the form of a Christmas gift.

I had previously written a song I called 'Lead Singer' which was in fact inspired by Marty after I heard a conversation about lead singer syndrome. Lead singer syndrome refers to the personality of a lead singer..........the need for attention and approval. Now, I'm sure this does NOT apply to all singers and I firmly believe every human on earth has a touch of lead singer syndrome.

A few of the lines in my song ended up being the chorus to 'Storyteller'

Also.......the song below is NOT the song that was presented to Marty but a later version I made from the song that WAS presented to him.

My brother has recorded this song and I have given it to his band to do what they wish with it.

I am pleased with it and it does sound pretty good (if I do say so myself.....lol)
